Keep your order confirmation and take clear photographs of the product, packaging and the specific area of concern. Do not attempt an alteration or repair before the studio has reviewed the issue.

Material characteristics

Brushed stainless steel and exposed fixings are part of FORM17’s material language. Normal surface variation, wear, scratches, misuse, accidental damage or unauthorised alterations may not qualify as a product fault.
